Carson Todd is a husband, father, leader, and CSCCa-certified Strength & Conditioning Coach.

A former college football captain and long snapper at Winston-Salem State University, he combines his athletic background with an MBA from Coastal Carolina to help athletes and teams perform with discipline, consistency, and purpose.

Through his FOCUS ON message and F.O.R.C.E.D. Framework, he teaches leadership, mindset, accountability, and standards to help people win the day, every day.
